YOUR WEDDING
Do you create bespoke weddings?
Absolutely. Every wedding we plan is bespoke. We do not work with fixed wedding packages or predefined concepts because we believe your celebration should reflect your personality, your story and the way you want to experience your wedding day.
We begin by understanding what matters to you — from the atmosphere and design to the food, entertainment, guest experience and level of service you are looking for. We then build the right team and experience around your vision.
Do you organise both intimate and large weddings?
Yes. We plan celebrations of all sizes, from intimate elopements and weddings for two to larger destination weddings with hundreds of guests.
The number of guests is only one part of the planning. Whether your celebration is an intimate dinner or a multi-day event with a large guest list, our approach remains equally personal, thoughtful and detail-oriented.

OUR APPROACH
How do you choose the suppliers for our wedding?
We don’t work with a fixed list of suppliers that we automatically recommend to every couple. Instead, we select professionals according to the specific requirements of each wedding.
The right photographer for one couple may not be the right photographer for another. The same applies to florists, caterers, musicians, stylists and every other creative or technical partner involved in your celebration.
We consider your aesthetic, personality, expectations, budget and the overall concept of the wedding before recommending the professionals we believe are the right fit.
Can we meet the suppliers before booking them?
Of course. We believe you should feel comfortable with the people who will be part of such an important occasion.
Whenever possible, we can arrange video calls or meetings with your shortlisted suppliers, allowing you to get to know them, discuss your ideas and ask questions before making a decision. Our role is to guide you through the selection process, not to take the decisions away from you.
Do we have to use your preferred suppliers?
No. While we can recommend trusted professionals based on our experience and your specific requirements, we understand that you may already have someone in mind or have discovered a supplier whose work you love.
We are happy to evaluate the fit with your celebration and, where appropriate, coordinate with professionals you have chosen yourself.

How does the wedding planning process work?

We use a shared online planning platform where you can access all the important information relating to your wedding in one place.
Your planning details, timelines, suppliers, documents, decisions and budget can be organised within the platform, giving both you and our team a clear overview of the project at every stage.
This also makes communication particularly easy when you are planning your wedding from abroad, as everything remains accessible and up to date throughout the process.
Will we be able to see and control our wedding budget?
Yes. Budget transparency is an important part of our planning process.
Through our shared platform, you can keep track of the different elements of your wedding and see how the budget is developing as decisions are made. We discuss costs with you throughout the planning process and aim to make financial decisions as clear and informed as possible.
Our role is not simply to create a beautiful wedding, but to help you make thoughtful decisions about where your investment will have the greatest impact.
BEYOND THE WEDDING DAY
Can you organise events before and after the wedding?
Absolutely. A destination wedding is often much more than a single day, and we can create a complete experience for you and your guests throughout your stay in Italy.
Depending on your plans, we can coordinate events such as Welcome Dinners, Rehearsal Dinners, Farewell Brunches, pool parties, private dinners, boat experiences, wine tastings, excursions, retreats and other bespoke gatherings.
These events can be designed to complement the wedding while giving your guests the opportunity to discover the destination and spend meaningful time together.
Can you organise a wedding weekend or multi-day celebration?
Yes. We can coordinate a complete wedding experience over several days, from the arrival of your guests through to their departure.
This may include accommodation, transportation, welcome events, the wedding itself, post-wedding celebrations and carefully selected experiences throughout the weekend.

CONCIERGE & GUEST EXPERIENCE
Do you offer concierge services?
Yes. For couples who would like a more comprehensive level of support, we can assist with selected concierge services before and during their stay in Italy.
Depending on your needs, this can include recommendations and arrangements relating to accommodation, transportation, restaurants, activities, private experiences and other aspects of your guests’ stay.
Concierge services can be particularly valuable for destination weddings, where your guests may be travelling from different countries and discovering Italy for the first time.
Can you help our guests during their stay?
We can assist with the planning and coordination of guest experiences and provide guidance on the practical aspects of their stay.
For larger destination weddings, we can also help coordinate transportation, schedules and group activities, ensuring that your guests feel looked after while allowing you to enjoy your own wedding experience without becoming the point of contact for everyone.
THE WEDDING DAY
Will you be present on our wedding day?
Yes. We believe that our work does not end once the planning is complete.
We are present during your events to coordinate the suppliers, oversee the timeline, manage logistics and be available should anything unexpected arise. Most importantly, we are there to support you and your guests throughout the celebration.
Our presence allows you to step away from the practicalities and immerse yourself fully in the experience.
Who coordinates the wedding on the day?
Our team coordinates the event on site, working closely with your suppliers and venue to ensure that the plans developed during the planning process are executed smoothly.
From the arrival of the guests to the ceremony, reception, speeches, dinner and final moments of the celebration, we oversee the flow of the event and manage the details behind the scenes.
What happens if something unexpected happens on the wedding day?
Our job is to anticipate as much as possible and to deal discreetly with anything that cannot be anticipated.
If a timing changes, a supplier needs assistance or an unexpected situation arises, our team handles it directly wherever possible. You should never have to pause your wedding to solve a logistical problem.
WORKING WITH INTERNATIONAL COUPLES
Do you work with couples who live outside Italy?
Yes. Working with international couples is at the heart of our destination wedding planning service.
We are accustomed to planning weddings remotely and communicating with couples who may be travelling to Italy only a few times before their wedding. Our systems, shared planning platform and regular communication are designed to make the process feel clear and manageable even when you are planning from abroad.
Do we need to travel to Italy frequently during the planning process?
No. Much of the planning can be handled remotely, including meetings with suppliers, design discussions, budget decisions and planning updates.
Of course, if you would like to visit venues or meet suppliers in person, we can coordinate those visits and make your time in Italy as productive and enjoyable as possible.
